About Me
Welcome! I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist and my professional path has led me to work in a variety of settings including a community mental health center, medical and psychiatric hospitals, a non-profit organization serving refugees, and university counseling centers.
For almost two decades, I have been helping others through a variety of life challenges, including trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and family and relationship concerns. As a Polish immigrant, I am intimately familiar with the struggles of the adjustment process and enjoy helping others thrive through a variety of life transitions. I value working with people who want to grow through their relationships, careers, undergrad/grad school, or personal self-discovery. This includes exploration of how your social identities and cultural-systemic forces impact your life experience.
I completed 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, and I incorporate spirituality, mindfulness/meditation, and somatic therapy in my practice. Our bodies hold trauma and the wisdom to heal.
I have an active interest in the use of psychedelics/plant medicine to facilitate the deeper healing of emotional wounds. I specialize in the integration of insights learned through such guided inner journeys.
I am committed to holding an open, courageous, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can be fully heard and accepted. Together, we can envision your meaningful life and explore how to change patterns that are holding you back. I look forward to assisting you in harnessing your strengths and exploring a more authentic connection with yourself and others!
Outside of the therapy office, I love connecting to nature, swinging in a hammock, cooking for friends, and having local or international adventures.
