We can harness the power of the physical (by rewiring the nervous system), the psychological (by changing relationships to your thoughts and feelings; truly understanding, witnessing, and learning from the past), and the spiritual (by connecting to your authentic Self and to the greater collective). I apply a social justice lens to my work, acknowledging the systemic oppression of individuals and communities.
